I understand and consent to my child's participation in recorded Zoom classes. I acknowledge that my child's image, voice, and participation may be captured in these recordings.

Terms and Conditions (Required)

By registering, you agree to:

Ensure your child attends scheduled classes punctually
Provide a suitable learning environment with stable internet
Supervise your child during online classes as needed
Respect other students and instructors during sessions
Not share class recordings or materials with unauthorized parties

Refund Policy:

Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before camp starts
50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of camp start
No refund after the first class begins
Makeup sessions available for missed classes due to technical issues
