Terms and conditions for using ProLearnr services

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProLearnr's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

ProLearnr provides online educational services for children, including but not limited to:

  • Live interactive classes via Zoom
  • Summer camps and specialized programs
  • Educational materials and resources
  • Progress tracking and assessments
  • Parent-teacher communication
Registration and Accounts
  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One account per family is permitted
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

  • All fees must be paid in advance before classes begin
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods
  • All transactions are processed securely through Stripe

Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if cancelled 48 hours before the first class
  • 50% refund available if cancelled before the second class
  • No refunds after the second class has been attended
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Class Policies

Attendance

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes
  • Makeup sessions may be available for excused absences
  • Class recordings may be provided for review purposes

Behavior Expectations

  • Students must be respectful to instructors and fellow students
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's appropriate participation
Intellectual Property
  • All course materials, content, and curriculum are proprietary to ProLearnr
  • Students may not record, distribute, or share class materials without permission
  • The ProLearnr name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without authorization
  • Student work and projects remain the property of the student and their family
Limitation of Liability

ProLearnr's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
